Our hosted exchange provider has advised that they will be conducting a planned outage between 13:00 and 21:00 Saturday 2 May 2009 AEST.
This will affect all TPP hosted exchange customers. It is recommended that customers set their mail program to ‘Cached’ or ‘Offline’ mode for the duration of the outage window.

Connections to the exchange servers may be unavailable at times during the window. It is recommended that customers operate in ‘offline’ or ‘cached’ mode during the maintenance window.

Telephone and email support will be unavailable on Friday 10 April and Monday 13 April 2009 as our office will be closed for the Good Friday and Easter Monday public holidays.
