Our hosted exchange provider has advised that they will be conducting planned maintenance between 14:00 and 23:59 (AEDT) Saturday 28 March 2009, which will affect TPP hosted exchange customers.Connections to the exchange servers may be unavailable at times during the window. It is recommended that customers operate in ‘offline’ or ‘cached’ mode during the maintenance window.

Our phone line provider has identified an issue with their Haymarket exchange, which is causing the issues we are experiencing with phone support.
They believe that the issues will be resolved completely within approximately 30 minutes. Until that time, there may be intermittent issues in contacting us via phone.
