Between 10:00 and 14:00 25 January 2009 (AEDT) there will be an outage on network infrastructure that will affect the provisioning service for gtLD domain names (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info), SSL certificates and website builder.

During the outage, orders will be taken for these services, however they will not be processed until the completion of the outage.

The website builder portal outage experienced this morning has now been rectified and we have been able to successfully login to a number of test sites.

Telephone and email support will be unavailable on Monday 26 January 2009 as our office will be closed for the Australia Day public holiday.

We will resume our normal operating hours of 8.30am to 6pm AEDT, Monday to Friday from Tuesday 27 January 2009.

We are aware this morning that there is an issue preventing access to the website builder portal (builder.tppinternet.com). We are working with the vendor of this product to rectify this issue and will advise customers via this site once resolved. At this stage we do not have an estimated time frame for resolution.
