We have been notified by the Australian Business Register (http://www.abr.business.gov.au) that their ABN/ACN Look Up Tool used for the policy checking of .au domain name registration applications will be unavailable between 8 am and 12 noon Sunday 26 October 2008 (AEDT) due to maintenance.

As we are unable to validate the registrant entity ABN/ACN details provided on .au domain registration applications, no registrations for .au domain names will be submitted to the registry during this period. Any applications submitted through our system will be held until they can be validated, and then submitted to the registry. Automated policy checking will resume at 9 am on Monday 27 October 2008.
