Telephone and email support will be unavailable on Monday 6 October as our office will be closed for the Labour Day Public Holiday. We will resume our normal operating hours of 8.30am to 6pm AEST from Tuesday 7 October 2008.

We have released a minor upgrade to our API this week.

The new version is 2.8. Existing users do not have to make any changes on their systems because of this release.

This release brings a new ability in the DomainInfo command to return a full set of contacts, including technical, billing and administration contacts. Previously only the registrant contact details were returned in a DomainInfo request.

Our hosted exchange provider has advised that they will be conducting planned maintenance between 13:00 and 17:00 (AEST) Saturday 13 September 2008, which will affect TPP hosted exchange customers.

Connections to the exchange servers may be unavailable at times during the window. It is recommended that customers operate in β€˜offline’ or β€˜cached’ mode during the maintenance window.
