We have been made aware of an issue this morning affecting some customers hosted
on control3.tppinternet.net.au. Users are currently unable to access their webmail page (eg. webmail.domainname.com.au) and they also are unable to POP mail via their email client (such as Outlook).
Our system administrators are working on the issue currently, and we hope to have this resolved shortly. Once the issue has been resolved we will post a notification on our status page.
