We were alerted to a loss of connectivity on the server control3.tppinternet.net.au at approximately 5.05am this morning. We rebooted the server which restored connectivity at approximately 5.25am.
This outage affected all customers hosted on control3.tppinternet.net.au.
We are still investigating the reason behind the outage and apologise to all customers affected.
