As per our previous post, we tried to implement the update to the settings of one of our hardware devices this afternoon as per our suppliers advice, however this failed to rectify the intermittent connectivity issues experienced by some clients hosted on control2.tppinternet.net.au and control3.tppinternet.net.au.
We are now working on a further update in consultation with our supplier, which we are hopeful will resolve the issue.
This update will require a reboot of the hardware device, which will take place at approximately 6pm today. The reboot will result in an outage of approximately 20-25 minutes to hosting services on control2.tppinternet.net.au and control3.tppinternet.net.au.
We sincerely apologise to all customers affected by this outage, and hope to restore full service shortly.
