We are upgrading our Hosting Infrastructure this weekend; between 6pm Saturday 18 August and 6am Sunday 19 August 2007. This upgrade will affect hosting services (including Footprint Hosting accounts) for some domain names hosted on TPP Internet’s virtual hosting infrastructure.

During the upgrade access to our hosting control panel will be temporarily suspended; all emails sent to email accounts hosted on our servers will be temporarily diverted to our secondary mail server, and delivered once the upgrade is complete.

There will be no affect on websites during this upgrade; website content will continue to be displayed on the Internet as per normal.

We are undertaking this upgrade to ensure that our clients have consistent access to the best quality hosting infrastructure and appreciate your patience and understanding during the upgrade.
