Outage: Plesk upgrade on control6, it may cause several outages of no more than 30 minutes during the change window. The outage on our phone system due to our phone provider has been resolved.

Our hosted exchange provider has advised that they will be conducting a planned outage between 13:00 and 21:00 Saturday 2 May 2009 AEST. This will affect all TPP hosted exchange customers. It is recommended that customers set their mail program to ‘Cached’ or ‘Offline’ mode for the duration of the outage window. We apologise for any inconvenience. Clair Gowenlock

Telephone and email support will be unavailable on Friday 10 April and Monday 13 April 2009 as our office will be closed for the Good Friday and Easter Monday public holidays.
